Free 6-Session Fitness + Yoga Movement Journey

As we step into 2026, I’m excited to invite you into something new—a free, 6-session fitness-focused yoga initiative designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect to your body in a purposeful way.

This journey is open to anyone who wants to start the year with intention, strength, and mindful movement—whether you’re brand new to fitness and yoga or already have an established practice.

SCHEDULE

New Years Day! Receive the kick off materials! (Registration closes)
For each of the 6 sections, you will receive written educational content, prerecorded info videos, and links to live classes EVERY OTHER SUNDAY @ 8:30am (Mountain time) that will tie the info together, allowing for a group session and time for interactive Q&A.

  • Jan 4th- 8:30am (MST)- Kick off- Local Core & Spinal Stability – creating a strong, supportive center

  • Jan 18th- 8:30am (MST)-  Hip Mobility & Strength – improving power, balance, and movement efficiency

  • Feb 1st- 8:30am (MST)-  Thoracic Spine & Rib Cage – enhancing rotation, posture, and breath

  • Feb 15th- 8:30am (MST)-  Shoulders & Upper Body – building strength with control and stability

  • March 1st- 8:30am (MST)-  Knees & Lower Body Alignment – supporting resilient, confident movement

  •  March 15th- 8:30am (MST)-  Ankles & Feet – grounding & balance

  • March 29th- 8:30am (MST)- Full-body Integration - We tie it all together for YOUR Unique Fitness Journey
